Roasted Garlic Ramen Recipe

- 1 pack Shin Ramen or any spicy Korean ramen
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- Water for cooking
- 1 fried egg for topping optional
- Chopped spring onion
- Sesame seeds optional
Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs and air fry at 200°C fry for 20 minutes until the garlic is soft and slightly charred. (You can also brush with a little oil, and wrap them in foil to prevent the tops from over-charring.)
Add roasted garlic to a pot of water (the amount recommended on the ramen package). Bring to a boil, letting the garlic infuse the water until the broth turns a bit cloudy.
Remove the garlic bulbs, then carefully squeeze or mash the garlic cloves out of their skins and return the softened garlic to the pot.
Add the ramen seasoning sachets and noodles to the pot. Simmer until the noodles reach your preferred texture (or according to the package instructions).
Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds, and top with a fried egg if desired. Enjoy!
