Ina mixing bowl, combine the beef slices with the marinade ingredients : Sacha sauce, soy sauce, rice cooking wine, sugar, flour, and vegetable oil. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tbsp Sacha sauce, soy sauce, rice cooking wine, and 100ml water to create the additional Sacha sauce mixture for cooking.
Heat a clay pot over medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Sauté the ginger strips until fragrant.
Add the tofu puffs to the pot, spreading them evenly. Then, layer the marinated beef on top of the tofu puffs.
Pour the Sacha sauce mixture over the beef and tofu.If needed, add an additional 50-100ml of water to ensure there’s enough liquid.
Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion, sesame seeds, and an egg on top if desired.
